In Japan, children will use this phrase to start a conversation with an adult to catch their attention.
It’s the “umm, excuse me?” of Japanese.
We chose this term as our concept for ANO-NE Kids Club because we want to create such fun memories
with your kids that they can’t wait to tell you about it.
At ANO-NE Kids Club, we have only the best of the best. Our staff come with years of experience in childcare.

LOCATION
ANO-NE Kids Club is located in the center of Tokyo and is less than a 6-minute walk from both JR and Tokyo metro stations. Right out the door, you’ll find a variety of shopping and dining options. If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, consider taking the Ginza or Hibiya lines to Shibuya, Asakusa, or Ueno without needing to transfer trains.

Jump, climb, and crawl!
Relax as your kids roam around freely in all the nooks and crannies of ANO-NE Kids Club. Our indoor play space is filled with towering windows that have a bright view overlooking the bustling Tokyo trains. Your kids will lose track of time exploring this space designed specifically for them. After hours of playtime, there are plenty of hammocks and plush cushions to plop down in to enjoy a book or simply take a nap.
Rain or shine, your kids will enjoy themselves to the fullest with us.

Booking Policy
Reservations can be made up until the day of your visit.
No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel up to the day before your visit.
Cancellations received the day of your visit beyond midnight (0:00) will incure a 100% cancellation fee.
Things to Bring Along

(1 set or more) - Towel
Caution
- You may not bring any food or drinks, and none are permitted within the facility.
- As you are unable to send your child with any food or drinks, we ask that you feed your child a light snack or meal before dropping them off.
- A water server is available free of use to rehydrate.
- Do not send your child with any valuables such as smartphones, etc., as we do not have any lockers available on site.

Please book online. Even if you are planning on booking day of, we ask that you do so online and not directly at the facility.

Head to the 4th floor reception on the day and time of your booking.

Drop Off & Head Out
While your kids climb, jump, and play, feel free to wander the nearby shops and restaurants for some you time.

Pick Up
At your selected pick-up time, please come back and collect your children. On your way back to the hotel,
we hope you talk about all the fun stuff you and your kids were up to today!

FAQ
Can I use the facility without a reservation?
Our facility operates on a reservation-only basis.
However, same-day reservations can be made through our website.
Reservations are only accepted online.
Can siblings use the facility together?
Yes, siblings within the eligible age range (4 to 10 years old) can use the facility together.
However, a separate reservation is required for each child.
My child is shy. Will they be okay?
Some children may feel anxious in a new environment, but our staff will gently support them in adjusting.
If you are concerned, please feel free to consult with us in advance.
What kind of clothing should we wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and can get dirty.
As children will be actively moving and sweating, we recommend clothing that is easy for them to put on and take off by themselves.
We also ask that you bring a change of clothes (at least one full set) and a towel for wiping sweat.
Are there restrooms and diaper-changing areas in the facility?
Restrooms are available within the facility.
However, there is no diaper-changing area, and we do not accept children who are still in diapers.
